FREQUENTLY ASKED

ERP & ZATCA Solutions: your questions answered.

What is ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing?

Phase 2, the Integration Phase, requires in-scope taxpayers to connect their invoicing systems to ZATCA’s Fatoora platform, so that invoices are cleared or reported electronically in a set XML format. ZATCA rolls it out in waves and notifies each taxpayer of their deadline in advance. Phase 1, the Generation Phase, has applied since 4 December 2021.

Is ERPNext suitable for Saudi companies?

ERPNext is an open-source ERP that covers accounting, inventory, buying, selling, projects, HR and manufacturing, and supports Arabic. With the right configuration and a ZATCA integration it suits many Saudi SMEs and mid-sized companies, and the software itself carries no per-user licence fee. Hosting, implementation and support are separate costs.

Can you connect my online store to ERPNext?

Yes. We integrate stores built on Salla, Zid, Shopify or WooCommerce so that orders, customers, stock levels and invoices synchronise automatically.

How long does an ERP implementation take?

Rolling out the core modules for a small team can take a few weeks. Multi-branch implementations with custom workflows and data migration take longer. We plan the rollout in phases so you see value early.
